Lay flat in microwave. If your microwave doesn't allow your Hot Sack to lay flat without touching the sides, fold sack in half.
Do not lean Hot Sack on sides of microwave. Do not heat on metal rack when using a convection oven microwave.
HEATING TIMES:
-Large Sack:
2 to 4 minutes, depending on microwave. DO NOT OVERHEAT!
-Neck Sack:
2 to 4 minutes, depending on microwave. DO NOT OVERHEAT!
-Small Sack:
1 to 2 minutes, depending on microwave. DO NOT OVERHEAT!
-Eye Pack:
30 to 45 seconds, depending on microwave. DO NOT OVERHEAT!

Place your sack in a plastic zip lock bag and leave in the refrigerator or freezer for future use.
Warnings:
Do not overheat.
Never leave Hot Sack unattended while heating.
Choking Hazard. Do not leave children or pets alone with Hot Sack.
Due to differences in microwaves, heating times may vary.
Use caution when removing heated bag from microwave as bag will be hot.

Spot clean only. Use a damp cloth to spot clean any stains. DO NOT machine wash or submerge your Hot Sack in water. Every time you microwave your Hot Sack, you are sanitizing it.
